Every coastal county in Wales has at least one and they work tirelessly to ensure they keep the award year on year. Welsh mountains – famous the world over for their rugged and beautiful contours. Sculped during the last Ice Age , containing many lakes and giving us pure Welsh water year after year. The peaks and valleys are used by walkers, mountaineers, the military and athletes to gain fitness and inspiration.
